1. Make sure that you have sufficient battery backup while you flashing your modem, if any interruption while flashing then your modem will be dead forever.
2. Connect the dongle to PC with USB support.
3. Open Virtual CD-ROM and install in your PC.
4. It will automatically open the software of the modem.
5. Close the software of the modem.

How to unlock Huawei E303 Modem?
1. Download the Huawei E303 dongle unlocking software from the link which is provided at the end of the post.
2. Now disconnect the internet and change the default sim with another network provider sim (another than Etisalat network sim in Etisalat locked Huawei E303).
3. Now connect the modem to PC or laptop.
4. Let it launch the software of the modem.
5. It will prompt for unlock code / simlock code.
6. Enter the unlock code and click OK.
7. Now your Huawei E303 is unlocked forever.
In case it does not prompt for code,
8. Close the software of modem (branded Huawei Mobile Partner software).
9. Run the downloaded Huawei E303 unlocker software.
10. Detect the E303 Huawei into the downloaded software.
11. Input the 8-digit unlock code in “Unlock Code(6-8 digits):” box and click OK button.
12. Now your modem is unlocked forever.
Note : Don’t use any wrong codes into Huawei E303 dongle, otherwise it will be locked permanently.
