Leisure Suit Larry: Magna Cum Laude Uncut and Uncensored

Naked breasts and buttocks, semen-inspired minigames, and college freshmen – Leisure Suit Larry had one of the craziest sex themed story lines of all time.
Larry’s goal as he enters college is to get laid as often as possible, and he will not stop until his dreams have been realised.
That’s basically the entire game, and the numerous “worst game of all time awards” the title won give credence to that.

We all know The Sims – now imagine a game which is similar, but more about sex than following career aspirations [Still thinking of The Sims, tbh – Ed].
Singles was a game which saw you controlling a house of full of hormone-driven individuals, and, well, I am sure you can imagine what happens next.
The game did not do too poorly on Metacritic, scoring 58.
BoneTown

I kid you not, there is game called BoneTwon. Published in 2008 as a digital download for PC, BoneTown encourages players to “bone their way to the top”, which will require you to get it on with hot chicks, beat up dudes, and do crazy drugs.
“You are the town’s only hope to keep The Man from moralizing BoneTown.” Don’t worry, you are not alone, with heroes like Jesus and Ron Jeremy there to watch your back.

Spoiler alert: underwear remains on in this game, unless you get the expansion which lets out all the flesh out – which is then blurred. As far as this list goes, this is probably the mildest game.
