The movie Last Tattoo has one shot scene but it doesn't show a needle going in. It's only on video, not DVD. A hot hooker gets the clap and gets a penny shot in her butt. Nice reaction scene to the pain, but no visible butt. MASH has one espisode where Hot Lips gets a gamma shot from Hawkeye in her butt, however Loretta Switt's reaction is indignant and not much of a turn on.
