- I am looking for a acoustic Maton Messiah Guitar in the Cairns area for my client. As google isnt providing me with much its a Maton C.25 serial number is 228.
- I have a Maton F.G.150/12 serial number 820 (271). I am wanting to insure the guitar and wondering if someone could advise me of a qualified person to value the guitar in South East Queensland or some idea of the value of the guitar. Also could someone give me some feedback as to the build date of the guitar. It have had it repaired recently internally but it has a number of bumps and bruises, it is in no way mint condition but it has the most glorious action and tone.

MATON C-15 CLASSICAL (NYLON-STRING) ACOUSTIC GUITAR 1974 Early serial number (#131 of 352 made in 1974-75) so was probably manufactured in 1974. Needs a good clean, as it has been locked inside a case since 1980, when I lost the key, and was busted out today after nearly 40 years of hibernation! Price is $250 - offers welcome - pick up from my house near Penrith - postage possible but would require discussion in advance.

Wow! Huge tone and mojo from this old Japanese built beauty. Heel block serial number starts with 51 which might date it to 1976? With obvious nods to Martin styling, this is a full dreadnaught size with spruce top and rmahogany back and sides and ebony neck. Frets have very little wear and the guitar has recently been professionally set up with bone nut and saddle. it's a pleasure to play. Few small bumps and marks on the deck but back and sides are near perfect. Comes with hard case

Maton M325 Accoustic guitar quite rare and in great condition
Maton M325 accousitc guitar this is quite a rare model in quality hard case but not a Maton case . serial number 5612(796) It has a few tiny here and there as you would expect from an instrument that has been around for a while . But still looks good and plays beautifully .
